i start off with bad news ... one of the old regime colleague resigns today...i am really feeling lousy... he is the titantic captain as i see him and i have many times went up to him for help.. each time is a YES from him and things resolved smoothly.... .. one by one, the green line colleague gone....well..thats part and parcel of life,, i suppose... maybe, some day, it will be me.....and the good news is... the long oustanding issue is finally settled after seven donkey years.... alast! the flat is mine now and thank God i heed the lawyer's advice.... and the kids are very glad with this.. i am looking forward to do some minor renovation..rewire the whole place and fix up the kitchen
