And we have also prepared the 'yu sheng' to 'loh hei'.... this is a must have traditional dish in cny ..... especially in malaysia and singapore... we need to toss the ingredients as high as possible, to signify prosperity for the year.. and in the midst of doing so... we have to speak words of blessings.. like...年年有余,步步高升,心想事成, 一帆风顺...just to name a few here...
